Blue Wren Bhakti brings together the raw pulse of rhythm, the sweetness of melody, and the timeless power of Sanskrit mantra. This is Kirtan — a blend of music, meditation, and community that lifts you up, cracks your heart open, and reminds you what it feels like to be fully alive.

Led by Lucy on vocals, harmonium and tanpura, Blue Wren Bhakti moves between traditional Vedic chants and original modern arrangements — full of devotion, energy, and joy. Coming from a western music background, Lucy found that Kirtan didn’t just open her voice — it opened her life.

She’s joined by Jezza on guitar and percussion, bringing warmth and soul, and Pirate on drums and didgeridoo, whose tribal roots and medicine rhythms connect the sound straight to the earth.

Every Kirtan is a journey — part concert, part meditation, part dance of the heart. You don’t need to know the mantras, or even think you can sing. Just show up, breathe, and let the sound carry you.
